SUMMARY
Ivette Ramos Levy is a Mexican-American interdisciplinary artist based in Fort Worth, Texas. Working across sculpture, installation, paper, ceramics, video, and painting, her practice examines how bureaucratic systems shape the body through waiting, classification, surveillance, and self-regulation. Drawing from her sixteen-year immigration process, she transforms administrative materials, archives, and acts of repetition into physical forms that reveal the internalization of borders.
